It takes power to stop and breathe and to choose to respond rather than react, when you are upset by something; to not give your power away to your emotions.

It takes personal power to plan your day so that you make efficient use of your time, learn to avoid becoming stressed, and make time for the things you want to include in your day.

It takes personal power to choose what you will not eat and what you will eat and to plan your meals ahead so that you ensure you eat well.

It takes personal power to get to bed on time and get up in good time so that you are well rested and refreshed as you start your day.

It takes personal power to have goals, to be clear about what you want and go for it.
