Building Abundance Consciousness

Money has become so corrupted by greed and selfishness and so locked up in the hands of a few. Poverty or lack consciousness is widespread. Money is an energy and we can free it by doing our part to build and live abundance consciousness. Remember the mind creates. What we hold in our minds, we manifest. This truth about the power of the mind has been spoken of by many great minds throughout history but we fail to take it on and live it.

We need to make a clear conscious choice that we desire to build and, to live in, abundance consciousness. We need to get our will behind this choice. Get your will behind your decision to choose abundance and go for it.

The next step is to give thanks for all you have – see how much you do have and bless it. Lack thinking has us so focused on lack that we fail to see what we do have and to be grateful for it. True gratitude brings increase.

Expect abundance.  Desire abundance. Consciously choose to let go of lack and to welcome abundance knowing it is yours if you desire it exclusively.  [This means you do not entertain doubt].

Visualise yourself living in abundance, experiencing abundance and all that it enables you to do in our world.

What do you see? Build this image and visit it regularly. Work with it at least once a day but preferably 3 times a day. If you want to create abundance consciousness you have to be very determined to work consistently on it. Whenever you’re waiting or queuing bring your abundance image to mind.

Write about the difference abundance will make to you and our world. Write in detail and enjoy this. Let your imagination work on it.

Hold the thought of abundance unwaveringly.

Vow to never allow words of lack such as I can’t afford that or money is tight. Never allow these thoughts or words. If you focus on lack you intensify and strengthen your experience of lack. If you do fall down, forgive self and write about the incident and what pulled you to think and/or speak in terms of lack. Re-write the situation where you think and speak abundance and vow to think only abundance from now on. Be determined.

Remind yourself that it is only your belief in poverty and you’re negative ego consciousness that prevents the abundance.

When you pay a bill give thanks to Spirit for having the abundance to do so. Enjoy paying bills.

Bless the money you have and the money you receive and give.

Give and receive money with gratitude in your heart.

Give and receive money freely.

Share what you have. To get we must give. It’s the nature of abundance to give and share. Receiving is tied in with giving.

Use your money to support those products, services, inventions, causes and channels that serve humanity and evolution. This is important. We need to use the abundance for good.

If you need more income sit with your journal and ask your Higher Self and Spirit to guide you to find work that will create income and structure in your life. Sometimes one of the obstacles to abundance is resistance to work. Regard your challenges with lack as teaching you exactly what you need to learn to help you to progress on your path and understand more.

Think about the hours you could work and think about the work you could see yourself doing.  Use imagination.  Write down what you come up with so you ground it. Acknowledge your fears, too, and don’t allow them to control you and hold you prisoner.

Keep focused and determined.

Affirm “I see abundance everywhere in our Universe and in my life.”

I give thanks for the abundance in my life.

Abundance, abundance, abundance.

I am ready to welcome abundance into my life.

Every day write in your journal about how you are determined to replace poverty and lack consciousness with abundance consciousness and about which part of the above outlined ideas you want to focus on for the next 7 days and then add on more ideas. Keep active on this if you really want to see changes in your experience of abundance, and to make a difference in our world with your abundance.

Transforming the way we think

TulipsgardenMB

It’s time to think in new ways, to transform the way we think, examine the beliefs we hold, to open our minds.

New thinking needs to replace old thinking. This is an opportunity of our time that we are beginning to wake up to.

We think in terms of lack, lack in all sorts of ways – this belief is deep.  We have taken on poverty consciousness and believe in it as a reality.

Now we are called on to fully understand that our thoughts create our reality and the way we experience life.

We are to understand that we have the power to transform our consciousness from belief in poverty to abundance consciousness.  To do this we need to think, speak and live abundance.  We need to apply this new consciousness in how we live our lives.

We need to fill ourselves with thoughts of abundance – abundance of love, of joy, abundance of giving, of opportunities, of sharing, abundance of creativity and healing.  Look for the abundance in the Universe and experience how different this is to seeing, and focusing on, lack.

When you really work on keeping your mind focused on abundance, you will experience and attract abundance.

Old thinking is to see what happens to us as problems, bad, wrong for us and to struggle against it.

New thinking is to see everything that happens as a lesson, a challenge and an opportunity to learn and grow.  Everything is teaching us something we need to learn that will increase our understanding and decrease suffering. We are here to learn and grow not just to go through life and let it happen to us as if we are victims.

Old thinking is to live in fear and anxiety, always worrying and expecting the worst.

New thinking is to choose love and transcend fear – to realise that we are not limited human beings but, Divine, and that we can choose to consciously be on a spiritual path, learning what fulfils and enriches us.

We are very attached to worry, fear and anxiety and it is usually our first response to any experience.  It takes real effort and commitment to stop allowing fear and giving your power away to fear, but you will see great changes when you do.

Old thinking is that our nearest and dearest matter most and others are strangers and not connected to us.

New thinking is that we are all connected and we are called to care about all – not to worry about everyone but to care, to bless, wish the best to all and serve in any way we can.

Service is the law of life.

Old thinking is to hold onto old beliefs without ever questioning these and to keep a closed mind, suspicious of anything new or different.

New thinking is to have an open mind, to allow ideas to flow, to think creatively and always focus on solutions. Having an open mind also means that you are discerning – you think about things and make clear, loving judgements in your choices.

Old thinking had us cursing the darkness and focused on what we don’t like.

New thinking is to bless everyone and bless what we have, to practise gratitude and focus on what we do have, focus on the good.  This way we will experience increase in blessings, opportunities and abundance of all kinds.

What we focus on, increases.  We get more and more of what we think about.

The Power of our Thoughts and Words

ImageDr. Masaru Emoto has studied water over many years and has demonstrated, through his work, the impact of our thoughts and words on water.
He found that the quality of the water crystals depended on more than just whether it was natural or tap water.
He discovered and showed how the information we give to water changes its quality.
Emoto consistently found that water responded to positive words by forming beautiful crystals.
When you send your gratitude to water its quality improves.  When you call water by names or ignore it, it deteriorates.
In one experiment, he put the words “Thank you” on one bottle of water and the words. “You fool” on another.  The water in the bottle with the words “Thank you” formed beautiful hexagonal crystals, while the one with “You fool” had only fragments of crystals.
Usually we drink water without paying much attention to it – we rarely consciously appreciate it.
He found that the most beautiful water-crystal pictures resulted from showing water the words “Love and gratitude”.
Emoto’s work is very important in that it not only shows us how we need to respect and appreciate water and how we increase the healing power of water when we do this, but also shows us very clearly the effect of our thoughts and words.
If positive words affect water in this way and the adult body is 70% water, it follows that positive or negative words and thoughts affect our bodies and our whole beings.
This is really important to understand.
Positive spiritual thoughts and words uplift you, make you feel good, encourage you – form beautiful crystals within you.
Negative thoughts and words disempower you, drain your energy, discourage you – result in no crystals or fragments of crystals.
When we choose to think optimistic thoughts and speak with optimism, we are healthier and happier and so more likely to succeed.
Now you can agree with all of this with your mind, but the next step is to see how the negative is operating in your consciousness so that you can replace it with spiritual positive thoughts and beliefs. This takes practice because we have strong habitual thought patterns and many of them are negative.
See it as a journey of true importance and discovery because when we change our thinking we change our experience and when enough people change their thinking it will have a 100th monkey effect on the whole – it will spread quickly and deeply.
Who wants to go on and on thinking and living out of limitation, lack and fear when we can be thinking from abundance, love and oneness?
Think and use the words love and gratitude often throughout your day and write those words on your bottle/jug/glass of water and feel the difference.  Keep it up if you want to experience lasting results.

Prosperity Consciousness

Aside

You have got to feel prosperous to attract prosperity. Robert Russell

How can you feel prosperous when so much of what we see and experience is lack, you might ask?

Prosperity means well being on all levels – physical, psychological and spiritual. It’s connected with appreciation, blessing, gratitude, seeing good, positive expectation.

It is our belief in lack and our focus on it, which is increasing our experience of it. We have so much more than people had in the early 20th century.

We need to believe in prosperity, in plenty, in abundance and focus on what we have, bless it and give thanks for it and work together to create solutions to the challenges of our time. We are powerful.
